This PanelView Plus 7 2711P-T10C22D9P by manufacturer Allen Bradley is a touchscreen performance PanelView, used to input commands to a network through its color TFT display with an 18-bit, 800 x 600 SVGA resolution. The white-light diode, solid state LED backlight on this panelview has around 50,000 hours of life and CANNOT be replaced. It contains a single SD card to allow for external storage which supports SD cards corresponding to the number 1784-SDx. It also has two 10/100 Base-T DLR Ethernet ports. In addition, it has a pair of Type A, high speed 2.0 USB ports and one high speed 2.0 device port.
With 24 Volts of DC nominal supply voltage, this unit consumes at maximum 50 Watts of power and supports (PELV) and (SELV) 24 Volt DC supplies. This unit weighs roughly 5.03 pounds (or 2.28 kilograms), measuring approximately 9.92 x 11.69 x 2.74 inches (or 252 x 297 x 69.6 millimeters), with a 10.4-inch display screen. A number of accessories can be purchased along with the 2711P-T10C22D9P, including a variety of protective overlays, power terminal blocks, SD (Secure Digital) cards, and battery replacements, and it has several certifications including but not limited to ATEX Zone 2, 22, CE (LVD), and the standard only EAC.
This operator terminal comes with an advanced Ethernet capability. It has Two (2) Ethernet interface that is used to integrate controllers in the factory floor and connect the system to the enterprise level. These Ethernet port support linear, ring and star topologies. Ethernet may be used in distances not exceeding 100 meters however, it can be easily extended using Ethernet switches or Fiber Optic converter. It supports 10/100 Mbps transmission speed with auto-negotiation capability.
